Sales Executive – Customer Relationship & Sales (Female Candidates Only)

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Follow up with company-provided leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Explain services, packages, and offerings to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable handling chats, calls, and social media inquiries.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English preferred.
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sales, tele-calling, customer support, counseling, or client servicing.
  • Experience handling social media leads and online customer inquiries.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
