Job Description

Sales Manager – Mortgages


Responsible for driving mortgage business growth in Chandigarh Tri-City through effective lead generation, channel development, customer acquisition, and team management. The role involves achieving sales and revenue targets while building strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
  • Source and convert quality mortgage leads.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team for higher productivity.
  • Develop relationships with builders, connectors, and channel partners.
  • Drive Home Loans, LAP, and other secured & unsecured loan products.
  • Monitor the pipeline from login to disbursement.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams of Banks/NBFC's for timely closures.
  • Explore new markets and business opportunities in Chandigarh Tri-City.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, process compliance, and healthy conversion ratios.
