Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, Kharar (Field-based with office visits)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
We're seeking an enthusiastic Channel Sales Executive to manage sales orders, build strong wholesaler relationships, and drive revenue in electricals, hardware, paint, and sanitary categories. If you thrive on hitting targets and turning prospects into loyal partners, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales orders: from lead generation and quoting to order fulfillment, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
- Drive wholesale customer acquisition by visiting dealers, retailers, and distributors to pitch products and close deals.
- Build and nurture channel partnerships, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities in electricals, hardware, paint, and sanitary lines.
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and report weekly on targets vs. achievements.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and product demos to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in electricals, hardware, building materials, or wholesale distribution.
- Proven track record in managing sales orders and driving B2B wholesale revenue.
- High energy, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/Punjabi preferred).
- Comfortable with 70% field travel in Mohali, Chandigarh and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools; a valid two-wheeler driving license is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree; sales certification is advantageous.
