Job Description
1. DST (DIRECT SALES TEAM)
Objective: Generate revenue through direct client acquisition and relationship management.
• Generate leads via calls, references, and field activities
• Conduct client meetings and property presentations
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable options
• Ensure strong follow-ups for conversions
• Maintain daily reports and sales pipeline
• Achieve individual targets
• Deliver excellent customer experience
• Coordinate internally for smooth closures
2. SM AGENCY (SALES MANAGER – AGENCY)
Objective: Drive business growth through agency channel and build a high-performing AP network.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new APs (Agents/Partners)
• Drive consistent sales through agency network
• Provide structured training and mentoring to APs
• Ensure regular client meetings and site visits
• Track daily performance and productivity
• Motivate team to achieve monthly targets
• Maintain strong channel partner relationships
• Ensure timely closures and revenue generation
