Job Description

We are looking for an Automobile Service Advisor to manage service operations and ensure a smooth customer experience at our workshop.

  • Experience in the automobile/service industry preferred
  • Handle customer queries related to vehicle service and repairs
  • Prepare job cards and explain service requirements, costs, and timelines
  • Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle delivery
  • Update customers on service progress
  • Ensure proper billing and documentation
