Showroom Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive / Customer Handling Executive – Interior & Furniture Store

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Executive for our interior design and furniture showroom in Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them about furniture products, interior solutions, and showroom services.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to interact professionally with customers. Candidates with experience in furniture sales, interior showrooms, retail sales, or customer handling will be preferred.

• Job Responsibilities:Welcome and attend walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture and interior products
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
• Guide customers regarding sofas, beds, dining tables, wardrobes, office furniture, modular furniture, and décor items
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp
• Coordinate with the sales team, designers, and management for customer requirements
• Maintain showroom appearance and product display properly
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and politely
• Assist in generating sales and achieving monthly targets
• Support social media or promotional activities when required
• Requirements:Good communication and customer dealing skills
• Presentable and professional personality
• Basic knowledge of furniture or interior products preferred
• Confidence in handling walk-in clients
• Basic WhatsApp and computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and sales-oriented approach
• Female candidates preferred (optional)
• Experience in retail, furniture, or interior showroom preferred

Salary:Salary will depend on experience and communication skills + incentives based on sales performance.
