Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
- Quality ControlEnsure construction quality standards are maintained at all stages of work.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any deviations or quality issues.
- Verify materials received at site and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Project CoordinationAssist senior engineers in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Maintain records of daily site activities and progress reports.
- Measurement & DocumentationPrepare and maintain site records, measurements, and work reports.
- Assist in quantity estimation and material reconciliation.
- Maintain documentation related to inspections, approvals, and project progress.
- Safety ComplianceEnsure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Report unsafe conditions and assist in implementing corrective measures.
- Promote a safe working environment at the construction site.
- QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in high-rise residential or commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and site management practices.
