Telecaller

Job Description:We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for immigration services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining immigration programs, following up with potential clients, and scheduling consultations.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and attend inbound inquiries.
• Explain immigration services, visa programs, and eligibility criteria.
• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for the immigration consultants.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
• Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM/MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
