Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Location: [Mohali 8b]
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing 9 am to 6 pm
Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring process
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
