We are hiring Telecallers, Counsellors, and Receptionist cum Telecallers for our office. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

📌 Job ResponsibilitiesTelecaller

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
• Explain our products/services clearly.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain call and customer records.
• Achieve assigned targets.

Counsellor

• Handle customer enquiries and provide proper guidance.
• Explain available courses/services and related information.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries.
• Build good relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly targets.

Receptionist Cum Telecaller

• Welcome and assist visitors at the reception.
• Attend incoming calls and handle enquiries.
• Make follow-up calls to leads/customers.
• Maintain basic office records.
• Coordinate with the team for daily office activities.
• ✅ Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident and presentable.
• Hindi communication required; knowledge of English/Punjabi is an advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
