Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Bank Recovery Process team. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. If you’re motivated, target-oriented, and looking for a stable office job with growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
● Call customers regarding pending bank loan or credit card payments.
● Follow up with customers for payment commitments.
● Maintain call records and update customer information.
● Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the recovery team.
● Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
● Good communication skills in Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
● Basic computer knowledge.
● Good communication and convincing skills.
● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives
