Job Title: Telecaller cum Computer Operator
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and multi-tasking Telecaller cum Computer Operator to handle both calling tasks and basic computer/data entry work. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills for customer interaction and be proficient in using computers for daily operations.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or service-related queries
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner
