Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our outbound calling team. The role involves reaching out to potential or existing customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Location: Mohali Phase 7 Industrial Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and promote company products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

• 0–6 months (Freshers are welcome).
