Telecaller Outbound

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Promote and sell the company's products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales opportunities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve objections effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or BPO Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant outbound sales experience.
• Salary Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 20,000 CTC per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
