Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to handle and convert leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The candidate will contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our products and services, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate lead records, following up with prospects, updating CRM, and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills are essential. Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead conversion is preferred. Candidates should be confident, target-oriented, computer literate, and fluent in Hindi and English. Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
