Telemarketing Executive

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our exclusive vacation ownership programs and packages. Your primary goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments/site visits for our sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided databases.

Pitching & Promotion: Clearly explain the benefits of our timeshare membership plans, vacation packages, and promotional offers.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as income, travel interest, and availability.

Appointment Setting: Persuade interested prospects to attend in-person or virtual sales presentations.

Objection Handling: Confidently handle objections and turn objections into opportunities by highlighting value.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and booked appointments.

Follow-ups: Efficiently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline.
