Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Department: Sales

Location: Mohali

Experience Required: 0–6 years (Real estate experience preferred)



Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our real estate consulting team. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving property sales through outbound and inbound calling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a basic understanding of real estate sales processes.



  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote real estate projects.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends.



  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
