Truck Driver

Job Title: Driver (HVL – Heavy Vehicle)

Role Overview

The Driver (HVL) will be responsible for safe and timely transportation of goods and materials using a 14 Ft Truck.The role involves operating heavy vehicles, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, and supporting logistics operations while following all safety and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive heavy vehicles for transportation of goods safely and on time
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
• Conduct routine checks (fuel, oil, tyres, etc.)
• Report any vehicle issues or breakdowns immediately
• Follow traffic rules and company safety policies
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams

Candidate Profile

• Valid Heavy Vehicle License (HVL)
• Good knowledge of routes and road safety regulations
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10th pass & 12th pass preferred
