Job Description
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and understand their visa requirements.
- Guide clients through the visa application process, including document preparation and submission.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Review and verify all required documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with embassies and consulates on behalf of clients.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to clients’ questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling client data.
