Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Visa Counsellor / Telecaller to handle client inquiries related to visa and immigration services. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, generating leads, and converting them into successful applications through effective communication.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls for visa and immigration services
  • Counsel clients regarding study, work, tourist, and PR visas
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa options
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
  • Assist in basic documentation guidance
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and client details
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
