Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and review visa applications and supporting documents as per the requirements of the respective country.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and documentation processes for Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and Europe.
- Assist clients in filling out forms, organizing financial, academic, and personal documents for visa lodgment.
- Coordinate with counselors, admission teams, and clients to ensure completeness and accuracy of visa files.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers for submission and tracking of visa applications.
- Monitor application progress and update clients about the status of their visa.
- Handle queries related to visa documentation and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
- Maintain records of all visa applications and outcomes for reporting purposes.
