Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records (Cash, Bank, Ledger entries)
- Prepare and manage financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns (GST, TDS, ITR)
- Perform bank reconciliation regularly
- Maintain payroll records and salary processing
- Monitor expenses and control unnecessary costs
- Assist in audits (internal & external)
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
