Collections Manager-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF) -Recovery Branch
- Responsible for managing collections related to agricultural finance dealer funding in the recovery branch. - Oversee recovery operations ensuring timely collection of dues from dealers. - Coordinate with field teams and internal stakeholders to optimize recovery processes. - Monitor and report on collection performance and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in collections. - Manage relationships with dealers and resolve disputes related to payments. - Lead a team or coordinate with other departments to achieve recovery targets. - Requires strong understanding of financial services, particularly in agricultural finance and dealer funding. - Role demands good organizational and communication skills to handle recovery operations effectively. - Candidate should be capable of working in a branch environment with focus on recovery and collections.Job role
