Factory Manager

Job Description:

We are a wooden manufacturing unit specializing in wooden toys, kids’ furniture, bookshelves, and wooden return gifts.

We are looking for a Factory Manager to independently manage day-to-day factory operations.

We have a work force of 7 carpenters, painters and will be adding another group of 7-9 in the first half of 2026. We mainly serve premium customers and high-quality projects.

Our expectations - 

Production Planning:

Plan and manage daily production schedules based on confirmed orders and dispatch timelines.

Carpenter & Workforce Management:

Allocate work to carpenters, painters and factory staff, monitor productivity, and ensure smooth workflow.

Order Execution:

Take orders from management, break them into actionable tasks, and ensure timely completion.

Dispatch Coordination:

Plan dispatch dates, ensure goods are ready on time, and coordinate packing and dispatch activities.

Factory Operations Control:

Oversee end-to-end factory operations including materials flow, work sequencing, and process discipline.

Quality & Timelines:

Ensure products meet quality standards and are completed within committed timelines.

Problem Solving & Ownership:

Handle day-to-day issues independently and take ownership of factory performance and efficiency.
