Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for our insurance operations. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in the insurance sector. The role involves basic clerical work, customer support, and client coordination, and policy servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Office Work (Clerical & Support):
- Assist in customer data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with customers via phone or email regarding policy queries, renewals, or payments.
- Help with policy issuance, endorsements, and claim support.
- Maintain physical and digital records of policy documents.
- Prepare daily reports and update internal systems or Excel sheets.
