Jio Point Assistant Manager

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for Jio Point Assistant Manager – Ludhiana Area (Mandi Gobindgarh, Moga, Jagraon, Khanna & Malerkotla).

1. Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Jio Point Manager in driving sales and expanding the Jio Point business across the assigned territory.
2. 
   
3. Assist in achieving acquisition and revenue targets for Jio products and services.
4. Coordinate with channel partners (dealers, retailers, and distributors) to ensure smooth business operations.
5. Visit retail outlets as per the beat plan to maintain strong partner relationships and ensure merchandising and promotional activities are executed effectively.
6. Monitor stock availability and product visibility across assigned retail outlets.
7. Assist in inventory management and ensure timely stock replenishment.
8. Support daily cash collection activities and ensure timely deposits as per company policy.
9. Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for operational support.
10. Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and service quality standards.

• Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge and understanding of the Ludhiana area market (Mandi Gobindgarh, Moga, Jagraon, Khanna & Malerkotla).

• Basic understanding of sales and distribution operations.
• Ability to coordinate with retailers and channel partners.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and support distribution activities.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and operational discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Education, Experience & BudgetEducation: Graduation degree in any discipline required.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, telecom, FMCG, or distribution operations.
• Budget: Up to 2.39 LPA Fixed.
• Age: Maximum 25 years.
