About Us:

Flamin' Hot Chicken is a fast-growing brand known for our delicious burgers, crispy fried chicken, and signature sauces. We are looking for passionate and hardworking kitchen staff to join our energetic team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform butchery and meat preparation tasks
• Cook and prepare burgers, fried chicken, and other menu items
• Assist in sauce preparation and kitchen setup
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
• Support daily kitchen operations and food prep
• Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role preferred
• Skills in butchery, cooking, and basic food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team spirit and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining high food quality and hygiene
• Basic English for communication and computer knowledge
