Kitchen Staff – Flamin' Hot Chicken
Location: Koratty Thrissur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)

About Us:
Flamin' Hot Chicken is a fast-growing brand known for our delicious burgers, crispy fried chicken, and signature sauces. We are looking for passionate and hardworking kitchen staff to join our energetic team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform butchery and meat preparation tasks
- Cook and prepare burgers, fried chicken, and other menu items
- Assist in sauce preparation and kitchen setup
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
- Support daily kitchen operations and food prep
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role preferred
- Skills in butchery, cooking, and basic food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high food quality and hygiene
- Basic English for communication and computer knowledge
