Job Title: Centre In-Charge – Agri Input Centre (AIC)

Location: Uttar Pradesh & Gujarat

Reporting To: BDM / ABDM / ASM

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Agri Input Centre (AIC).
• Study local cropping patterns and prepare annual and monthly sales plans.
• Achieve sales targets through regular field visits and farmer engagement.
• Supervise centre staff and ensure effective market coverage.
• Share regular market updates (new products, molecules, competitor pricing, schemes) with reporting seniors.
• Execute company-defined systems, processes, and operational instructions.
• Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, discipline, and branding of the AIC centre.
• Handle purchase planning, stock receipt, verification, and inventory control as per the process.
• Maintain all government records and coordinate with the admin for license issuance and renewals.
• Organise farmer meetings, demonstrations, goshthies, and sales campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture / BRS / B.Sc. Chemistry
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year (Agri input/field sales experience preferred)

Skills Required

• Knowledge of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilisers, pesticides, and micronutrients
• Understanding of local cropping patterns and farming practices
• Sales planning and target achievement capability
• Field sales and farmer interaction skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation
• Ability to coordinate with team members, seniors, and admin departments
• Good communication, reporting, and follow-up skills
