Tandoor Commis 1

We are looking for a skilled Tandoor Commis I to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling tandoor operations and preparing a variety of Indian breads and tandoor dishes while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook tandoor items such as roti, naan, kulcha, paratha, kebabs, and grilled dishes
• Ensure proper marination and seasoning of meats and vegetables
• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards
• Assist in mise en place and kitchen prep work
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and support the kitchen team
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and minimize wastage
• Requirements:Minimum 2–4 years of experience in tandoor section
• Good knowledge of Indian cuisine, especially tandoor items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Team player with a positive attitude

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
