Job Description

We are looking for energetic and well-groomed F&B Service Associates / Waiters to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food & drinks, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests politely and assist them with seating.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks as per service standards.
  • Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for timely service.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally.
  • Clear tables and reset for next guests.
  • Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
  • Upsell menu items when appropriate.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
  • 0–2 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or resort (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi).
  • Well-groomed and presentable personality.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
