About the Role

Battery Smart is a leading EV battery swapping network, enabling seamless and efficient mobility solutions.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable 2 Wheeler Electrical Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of electric two-wheelers and related electrical systems. The role involves diagnosing electrical issues, repairing components, and ensuring vehicles are maintained as per operational and safety standards.

This is a field and workshop-based role requiring hands-on technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical issues in electric two-wheelers

Inspect, repair, and replace electrical components such as wiring harnesses, controllers, lights, chargers, DC converters, and other related parts

Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of EV vehicles

Troubleshoot battery, charging, and electrical system-related issues

Ensure vehicles are serviced within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards

Conduct basic diagnostics using mobile applications or diagnostic tools

Coordinate with operations and field teams to resolve vehicle breakdowns

Maintain proper documentation of repairs and spare part usage

Follow all safety protocols and workshop operational guidelines

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a 2 Wheeler Mechanic or Electrical Technician

Basic understanding of EV vehicle systems and electrical troubleshooting

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile (preferred)

Ability to use smartphones and mobile applications

Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone

Willingness to work in field and workshop conditions"
