Job Description

  • Lead installation and commissioning of HVAC systems (Split, Cassette, VRF, Ductable)
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault diagnostics
  • Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and piping routes accurately
  • Ensure proper gas charging, testing, and commissioning standards
  • Supervise Jr. Techs and Asst. Techs on-site
  • Coordinate with clients/site engineers for execution planning
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety norms
  • Prepare service/installation reports and escalate critical issues
