Job Description

  • Must own a smartphone to operate the company app and dress formally at client visit
  • Assist senior technicians on service calls at various customer locations to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for air conditioning systems.
  • working on 2 and 3 Phase outdoor units/ compressor High end Residential and commercial ACS
  • Use the company’s mobile app to accept jobs, update real-time service reports, and maintain job status. 
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in AC systems, working closely with a senior technician to implement effective solutions.
  •  Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all tools and equipment are used properly.
  •  Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service details and repair updates.
