Job Description
Invoice preparation and processing (sales & purchase)
✓ TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
✓ Daily cash handling and transaction recording
✓ Client payment follow-ups and recovery management
✓ Banking transactions and bank reconciliation
✓ GST compliance and calculation
✓ Data Preparation for Finalization of accounts
✓ Payroll processing and salary disbursement
✓ Statutory compliance (PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF)
✓ Email communication and coordination
✓ Support in statutory and BOCW audits
✓ Cheque issuance, tracking, and reconciliation
✓ Inventory/stock accounting and monitoring
✓ Accounting in Tally and reporting in Excel
✓ Preparation of management reports and MIS
✓ Material Management
✓ Office Admin and HR Works
