Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant Cum Office Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and provide administrative support for office operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, bills, and expense reports
- Manage GST/TDS filings and basic taxation work
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain office files, documents, and records
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
