Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in accounting and billing, with strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

1) Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

2) Prepare and process sales invoices, tax invoices, and billing documents.

3) Create and maintain Proforma Invoices and Delivery Notes.

4) Record purchase and sales entries accurately.

5) Maintain customer and vendor accounts.

6) Prepare reports related to billing, receivables, and accounts as required.

7) Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.

8) Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment queries.
