Job Description
The Account Development Executive role at Amazon primarily focuses on building partnerships, on-boarding local hubs, and supporting Amazon’s logistics network (e.g., "I Have Space" or local store delivery programs). The role requires strong local networking, vendor engagement, and field execution skills.
Relationship Building: Actively scout, on-board, and maintain relationships with local neighbourhood stores and delivery partners in your assigned territory.
On-boarding & Off-boarding: Manage the end-to-end partner integration process.
Training & Support: Train store associates on Amazon's delivery processes, package handling, and software applications.
Field Execution: Routinely travel within the local geographical area to ensure operational targets and delivery standards are met.
Data Tracking: Monitor and report performance metrics using mobile and web platforms
