Job Description
Executive Assistant/ Analyst – Wallfort Avenue
Job Profile & Responsibilities
Stock Market Responsibilities:
•In results season – updating and maintaining track of result dates and concall calendar
•Keep the Investor presentation for clients updated for every month
•Contacting companies for meetings and following ups
•Keeping calendar for all meetings
•Executing trades and updating MIS system on daily basis
•Preparing any other reports as required
•Client Relationship
Group Accounting & Record Keeping:
•Accounting for all Family accounts
•Updating and maintaining all records for all Family files
•Monthly payment of all bills and accounting
•Proper filling and maintenance of Paper Work
Reporting will be at office at 8:30am sharp (before market opens) to 5pm (Mon - Fri, May be some 2-3 saturdays through the year)
About Us : We are a boutique Portfolio Management Service registered with SEBI managing funds of over 40 family offices and providing advisory services to them.
