Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong Tally ERP experience to join our finance team based in Worli Lower parel , Muymbai . This role is hands-on and integral to keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and efficient. If you enjoy working with numbers, processes, and have a sharp eye for compliance and reporting, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Bill bookings in Tally ERP (Sales, Purchases & Expenses)
• Banking & Treasury: Handling bank payments, updating bank statements daily, maintaining Bank/Cash Book
• MIS & Reporting: Preparation of Sales MIS, timely reconciliations, and other management reports
• Taxation & Compliance: Working on TDS, GST calculations & payments, assisting with compliance requirements
• Foreign Exchange Transactions: Exposure to forex-related accounting and transactions
• General Ledger & Controls: Supporting statutory compliances, audit requirements, and other miscellaneous finance functions

What We’re Looking

ForProficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory)

• Solid understanding of accounting principles & tax regulations (GST, TDS)
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, MIS reporting, and compliance
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred). and Good MS Excel,
• Basic English reading iand basic email reply s required

2–10 years of relevant TALLY accounting experience
