Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or other ERP systems
- Prepare journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconcile accounts regularly
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and support in income tax filings
- Support in finalization of accounts, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow preparation
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Ensure timely compliance with MCA, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Manage vendor and customer invoicing, payments, and reconciliation
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
