AirOWater Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations, banking transactions, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, strong MS Excel skills, and sound knowledge of accounting principles.

Key

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Handle banking transactions, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Manage GST, TDS, Direct & Indirect Tax compliance and statutory filings.
• Maintain ESIC, PF, and payroll-related compliance records.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger reconciliation.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Required

• Skills Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Direct Tax, and Indirect Tax compliance.
• Experience in banking transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ESIC and PF regulations and statutory filings.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
