Daily Responsibilities
• Enter all vouchers in TallyPrime daily — purchases, sales, payments, receipts, journals
• Bank reconciliation — daily, not monthly
• Expense vouchers entered same day — zero pending beyond 24 hours
• Import purchase accounting — BOE, customs duty, freight, CHA bills
• Coordinate with CHA, freight agents and suppliers for invoices
Requirements Must Have
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in TallyPrime
• GST filing — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation
• TDS — all sections, quarterly returns, Form 16/16A
• Income Tax — advance tax, ITR coordination, audit support
• Import accounting — BOE, customs duty, freight entries
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision
• Available 6 days a week, full time
• NEFT/RTGS payment processing
