Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance - Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, PT and other statutory requirements. - Prepare advance tax workings for Individuals, Trusts, Companies, HUFs, and Partnership Firms. - Match TDS data with Form 26AS and reconcile differences. - Handle periodical payments of Advance Tax, GST, PF, and PT. Return Filing & Final Accounts - Ensure timely filing of Income Tax, GST, and other statutory returns. - Prepare and maintain final accounts for entities. - Support management and auditors in finalization of accounts. Audit & ROC Compliance - Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for queries, clarifications, and documentation. - Handle Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliance and filing requirements. - Maintain proper records for audits and inspections. Documentation & Record Keeping - Maintain proper digital filing of tax, compliance, and financial documents on Google Drive. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and easy retrieval of records. - Safeguard confidential financial information. Management Support - Provide periodical compliance and taxation updates to management. - Identify tax planning opportunities and ensure risk mitigation. - Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance and reporting processes. Knowledge of Tally ERP9 is must, excellent in Excel, good in email writing, communication skill should be good. CA Inter with no CA Final pursuing, CA firm background is value advantage.
