Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare sales, purchase, payment and receipt entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
- Maintain GST records and assist in GST return preparation.
- Prepare TDS working and related documentation.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors and customers.
- Maintain proper accounting files and documents.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance (or as required).
