Job Description

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.

- Perform ledger reconciliation and process vendor payments.

- Handle bank reconciliation and coordinate with internal teams.

- Make entries for credit card expenses and reconcile with directors' reimbursements.

- Understand and apply bank loan interest calculations.

- Verify invoices and ensure documentation control.

- Utilize accounting software for financial operations.

- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic formulas.
