Accountant

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting activities while also handling client communication through phone calls. The ideal candidate will maintain financial records, prepare reports, follow up with clients regarding payments and invoices, and coordinate with customers to resolve basic account-related queries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Follow up with clients/customers regarding outstanding payments through calls.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to accounts, invoices, and payment status.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve billing and payment-related queries.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
