Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts including ledger posting, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle salary processing, payroll calculations, and related compliance
- Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Handle TDS calculations and filings, Form 16, Form 26Q/24Q
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
- Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, bills, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with HR for payroll and statutory matters
- Any other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned
- Should also have knowledge of PF ESIC and salary calculation
