Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries in TallyPrime
• Manage purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries
• Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking,

eCommerce Reconciliation

• Reconcile payments from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms
• Match orders, returns, commissions, and settlements
• Identify discrepancies and resolve them.

Inventory & Cost Tracking

• Maintain stock records and material purchase tracking
• Calculate product costing (raw material, stitching, packaging, logistics)
• Support inventory audits and reporting

GST & Compliance

• Prepare and manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Coordinate with CA for compliance and audits
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices and tax records

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements
• Generate reports for sales, expenses, and profitability (SKU-wise if needed)
• Assist in budgeting and cost control

Vendor & Payment Management

• Manage supplier payments and credit cycles
• Track outstanding receivables and payables
• Ensure timely payments and follow-ups

• RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and Excel
• Experience in eCommerce accounting (preferred)
• Understanding of GST and basic taxation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Preferred SkillsExperience with inventory management systems (OMS Guru or similar)
• Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart settlement reports
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes
