Job Description

  • Manage ledgers, payables, receivables & petty cash
  • Record daily transactions in Tally ERP with accuracy & compliance
  • Handle bank reconciliations and prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
  • Raise sales & purchase invoices and ensure timely vendor payments
  • Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Manage tax compliances – GST, TDS, direct & indirect taxes
  • Prepare MIS reports, cash flow trackers & Excel dashboards
  • Coordinate with auditors for audits and ROC filings
  • Handle foreign payments, rental agreements & payment schedules
