Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and documentation work for our businesses.
Responsibilities:
Sales billing and invoice generation
Daily entries of receipts and payments
Maintaining accounts in Tally
Maintaining Excel sheets for bills, payments, and balances
Handling bank entries
reconciling of accounts
Maintaining party ledgers and tracking outstanding payments
Recording purchase and sales entries
Preparing deposit slips and handling basic banking work
Maintaining manual records (ledgers, order book, cash book, etc.)
Generating E-way bills when required
Supporting GST work (data preparation and coordination with CA)
Basic document handling (agreements, filing, scanning)
Client coordination for payments and statements
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of Tally and Excel
Basic understanding of GST and accounting
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
Good record-keeping and attention to detail
